Re: Where can I find my LR 5 serial number? I own it, but I guess I didn't register it properly, so Adobe doesn't have record of it. Is it hidden in the app somewhere?

hello there well I bought  Lightroom 6 at office works in 2005 can't find reciept but have my card that I was given downloaded iut got serial number and all good so now I have new laptop I signed out or old laptop and tried to sign in and it asks for my serial numbe but I can't find it I have my card with this number on the back

    Hi Lyn,

    I have reviewed your Adobe id (email address) you've utilized to post here and could not find any product registered under it.

    However with the help of the redemption code that you've provided in your post i was able to locate your Lightroom 6 purchase and its serial number, this purchase is registered under a different Adobe Id which belongs to 'George Moore' please ask him to follow the instructions given here to locate your serial number: Find your serial number.
