Hi

1. Please open ""Applications"" menu and make sure that there is no application as ""Adobe Creative Cloud""

2. Please open ""Utilities"" and delete the folder named ""Adobe Application Manager""

3. Access the location ""/library/Application Support/Adobe"" and delete the folder named ""Adobe Application Manager""

4. Try re-installing Adobe Creative Cloud App

If this doesn't work, try restarting the MAC in ""Safe mode"" and try to install CC App. you can access the link as follows to get the details how to restart the MAC in Safe Mode.

Try safe mode if your Mac doesn't finish starting up - Apple Support

Thanks but it didn't work.  Seems like it got further but now is just stuck at Completed payload 58 of 203.  This is so frustrating.  The amount of hours I have spent installing and uninstalling is unbelievable.
