Recent update issues upon opening program

I was attempting to update Photoshop and Bridge within the Creative Cloud.   When trying to open BR 2019 it just won't open at all and my MacBook Pro just keeps wanting me to Force quit.  The PS upgrade won't open either.  It sometimes will open but never fully open.  LR seems to be fine for the moment.  Anyone else have this issue out there
