Loaded program but cannot access but the setup did not create a shortcut nor a program listing. How does one access the program?

Which operating system is your computer running on and how did you install Premiere Elements 10 (download or disc)?

Did the installation process complete successfully (did you go through the screens where you had to input the serial number)?
