Recently Updated to Big Sur

I can't download any of the adobe programs on my computer. I recently had to delete them to make room on my computer to update to Big Sur. I go to download one of them. I get to the download page that says it might to take a few minutes to download. It goes to 0.5% then 0.6% than all of sudden it goes to 3.9% then to 100%. Then after its done there is still no adobe programs on my computer. I have tried everything. Different browser, different wifi network. Still nothing works. I would like to adobe back on my computer to edit photos. I talked to someone a week or so ago. They said to try it again, but I still can't get any of the adobe products on my computer. I pay for the products but I can't get any of them on computer. I would like to get at least lightroom back on my computer to edit my photos
