Buongiorno, nel 2013 ho acquistato Photoshop CS6 Extended Education Edition. Ora avrei bisogno di reinstallarlo causa rottura HDD del notebook. Come posso recuperare il numero di serie? Posseggo solo la scatola con il Product Code.

i don't have a redeem code, i've got a PRODUCTCODE: XXXXXY-YYYY-YYYY-YYYY-YYYY. It's not 24 characters, is only 22...

i've tried also here: Adobe Student and Teacher Licensing but the answer is: "Invalid coupon code". It's impossible because i've used it 2 years ago...
