Redeem code from Amazon does not work

I got the redeem code for 1 year Photoshop CC + Lightroom from Amazon.de (Germany) but it has only 22 digits instead of 24. I followed the instructions and registered myself. When I type in the redeem code it does not work. Then I checked the 'redeem help' and it says that the code has 24 digits, mine has only 22?

Does somebody know whats wrong or whats the problem with the redeem codes from Amazon?

You will need to contact the seller to work out the issue with the redemption code they have provided you.  It is possible you are mistaking some other set of numbers for the code so they should be able to help determine if that's the case or if they need to resolve an issue with their sale.

Problem is solved:

Amazon tried to solve that issue, without success. After 2 days they reimbursed the payment back to my bank account.
