Redeem page not showing

I am having problems with the redeem page "https://redeem.licenses.adobe.com/getserial"

No matter what i do the page is stuck on a loading screen. (some small squares rotating)

Have tried on 3 different browsers: Chrome / Edge / Firefox.

Running Windows 11 on a brand new PC.

Have now spent 8 hours trying to install Photoshop Elements 2022 and managed to hit pretty much every single possible installation problem on the way.

Yes, I just tried again and page laoded and I got my Serial #.

Same problem here. Has not been working for two days. They had no problem taking my money.

When will I be able to use the software I purchased?
