Question

Redeemed code earlier, but never downloaded

I'm currently a student in college and we were given a redemption code for a free year of Creative Cloud.  We received this code last year, and I initially logged in and redeemed the code, but never downloaded the software.

I'd like to do that now, but all I can get is the free trial version.  When I try to put the code in again it says it has already been redeemed.

Is there any way I can get still get my free year (non trial version)?

In this case I suggest you to contact Adobe Customer support: Contact Customer Care  . May be they can help

The clock on your year subscription would have started ticking when you entered the redemption code, whether you downloaded any programs or not.

I would think it would be a fair bit easier to explain the issue and get a new code from the school, than to get Adobe to roll back the clock on your expired subscription.

It would seem that since it is subscription based, they would be able to see that I was never connected or using it, but apparently not.

The school throws out these freebies all the time for stuff, but back then I didn't need it for any classes.  I do for an upcoming class and figured since I never used it, I could get it reinstated.  If the school no longer has codes, then I'll just pay for a student subscription for a year.  My degree is not in web or graphic design, but I do have this class.  I'll probably never use it again once done.  Just trying to save a few bucks if possible.  Would be less painful if I could do a month by month subscription instead of a year minimum.
