Redownloading Adobe Creative Suite Master Collection

I'm trying to redownload my Adobe Creative Suite Master Collection to a fresh Windows installation and none of the resources I'm finding are pointing me in the right direction. The collection was registered from a boxed copy and I can see it and the serial number under My Products but no option to download. I looked at my Order History as instructed at https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install.html but nothing is there at all under any of the Orders, Returns or Boxed Product tabs.

Due to a legal issue Adobe has recently removed all old program links from public view

As far as I know, you may go to https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/support.html and provide your information to then be given a download link

When you get a link and download the install file(s) be sure to copy everything to an external drive so you have your own backup

Which is what it says in I want to Download Digitally

That's incredibly frustrating, particularly as that's something that should absolutely be mentioned on the support page I linked since that pops up for nearly search on the subject. But thank you, I'll do that.
