Referral program

Hi,

Does Adobe offer any form of referral program? I know someone looking to get into VidEditing and of course I'm recommending Premiere CC. If I could get a little kickback that'd be very much appreciated to help me offset my own Adobe monthly outgoings. I see you do an affiliate program but I'm not a reseller / IT company so I dont think that applies to me - happy to be corrected though of course.
