Refund my membership fee

Hi,

I would like to ask you for refund of Acrobat Pro DC subscription (one-year)‎.

In fact, I just want to use for a month and paid on November 2017.

However, I did not know that I usually paid every month since December 2017 up to now.

I never know this plan is going on.

Please understand it and refund.
