I have been charged for two months, but I never complete the registration process. I even did not get the registration email, means I have not applied the Pro DC. Since I was charged for the first month, I was shocked as I really did not use the Pro DC
. There are no ways that I can contact the staff.
When I read through the website, I saw that I can get reach the team when I proceed the cancellation process; however, the cut off was so sudden.
NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, CHARGE IS MESSY.![]()
