Registration Requirement Loop

New Here ,

I have a Surface Pro with Windows 10 installed on it. I recently updated my subscription to Adobe CC, and now whenever I open Photoshop, it tells me my registration has expired. I try clicking retry and it seems to accept my license for a moment, then it just tells me it expires again. I've seen this issue on many other forums and I've tried all the work arounds, but the information is from 2014 and I really don't know how to find a solution on windows 10. Can someone shed some insight on this?

Renaming the cache seems to have done the trick. Thanks for pointing me in the right direction.
