I bought this software last year. My old computer died. I need to install the software on my new Mac Mini which does not have a disk drive. So, I need to download new software. when I tried to do this I only got a trial version, even though I was signed in. Please advise.

Have you tried entering your serial number in the trial version prompt window?
Am guessing that the version available currently must be CS5.5, and if you are unable to use your serial number, it must be because you have the previous version. If this is the case, I'd suggest that you contact customer support.
