Reinstall Lightroom 5 on my Mac

I cant contact Adobe for live chat at all. I spend a week to contact them but it automatically end the session. What kind of service is this?

    I tried both from LR5 itself since it shows me an option to update to 5.7.1 and Adobe website.

    From today, Im not able to use LR 5.7.1 at all and Im very freaked out. My serial number is not working at all. It kept telling me to contact Adobe for the support but I have no idea what to do at this point.


    Kim7913 please contact our support team directly at Contact Customer Care and reference case 0213207086 where you previously encountered this error.   A public forum discussion is not leading to a resolution for the current serial number errors you are facing with Lightroom 5.

    Could you please let us know what issue are you facing? Is this regarding your Creative Cloud subscription?

    Under the ID that you are using with forums, I can't see any active subscription.
