I cant contact Adobe for live chat at all. I spend a week to contact them but it automatically end the session. What kind of service is this?

Yes, LR5 itself works but when I updated to 5.7.1, my serial number does not work at all.

But how are you applying the update Kim7913? Lightroom 5 updates can be installed without a previous version being installed. My assumption is the update that is downloading does not accept the original serial number. Are you browsing to a particular page to begin the download process for the Lightroom 5.7.1 update?

I tried both from LR5 itself since it shows me an option to update to 5.7.1 and Adobe website.
From today, Im not able to use LR 5.7.1 at all and Im very freaked out. My serial number is not working at all. It kept telling me to contact Adobe for the support but I have no idea what to do at this point.

I've been chatting with them for several times and nothing had been solved. They just want me to delete everything and then re-download it. But guess what? I already tried for a month. They not working at all.

Not good. After 30 days of trial, I have no way to activate LR5 at all. I kept contact with Adobe but wasted my time. THIS IS SO TERRIBLE THAT I CAN NOT USE LR5 AT ALL. What kind of software is this? I followed all instructions and none of them solve my issues at all for almost 2 months. Is this how Adobe treat old users? Dont blame me that Im using LR5.
