I have purchased Acrobat X Standard as installed software on a Dell laptop, but it has stopped working. Hence I wish to reinstall. Where do I download from (I have a software key)?

Thanks

Simply download the trial version and activate it with the key.

Mylenium,

Thanks for this, but where from? All the links simply get my email address off me in order to advertise at me, and then point at paid-for versions. There is no mention of X Standard anywhere, just XI standard, which is not yet available....

This is not a good service - I spent 20 minutes on hold to the UK phone number yesterday afternoon before giving up. User forums are not product support.

Best regards

Colin Willmore

We have the Key Cards from Adobe via Dell, Adobe Chat Box is telling us that the license are fraudulent.  They are legit.

They are still running on some PC's. I need to reinstall and Adobe will not let me.

contact adobe support to confirm.  there are 2 ways to contact adobe; chat (if you have a subscription) and twitter (now x):

chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

twitter/x:
tweet @AdobeCare

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.
