Reinstalling Acrobat X Standard

I have a box version of Acrobat X Standard. Old PC brokes down. Got a new one. But installing Acrobat fails. Both PC uses Window 10 Home. Can anyone helps? Just want to have it back as add-in to my Office Word.

functions and must be terminated. And then the installation ends.

I don't know how to just capture the little box of message (which is in

I don't have a saved link with the solution, but I have read other messages that the installer 'thinks' another installer is already running... could that be your message?

 

Have you tried starting Windows in SAFE mode to do the install?
