I was having issues converting jpg or png to pdf files. Support suggested I uninstall and reinstall adobe acrobat.

Now, since I have version 2015 none of the downloads are working.

Is there a way I can reinstall adobe acrobat 2015 and use the serial number I received when I purchased it?

IF/When you do have a download, be sure to copy it to AT LEAST one external device
-since Adobe does sometimes remove old versions from the server
-a usb flash drive or hard drive, or write to a DVD
-plus a text file containing your serial number

Thank you!

That link worked great and the advice about the external download is a good idea.

Now, that I have it reinstalled, I am still running into my original issue.

I am trying to convert a jpg file to a pdf, when I select open with adobe acrobat this is the error message I get:

I've done this so many times before.

Any idea what changed and if there is something I can do?

I updated the adobe cloud app and selected free trial.

Now it works.

I don't remember ever needing the cloud app.

What's going to happen once the 7 days are up?

As soon as you install any part of the Cloud, even a trial, it replaces your program management system
-if you plan to keep using a serial number program you should NOT install a Cloud program, not even a trial
-Read Cloud takes over https://community.adobe.com/t5/Get-Started/Get-off-the-cloud/td-p/8075485 for some ideas

Thank you!

I hope I am not stuck now.

Before I read you post, I installed adobe cloud. Now my trial is up.

Did I just lose my purchase of acobe acrobat dc 2015?

How can I fix this?

FREE Acrobat Reader cannot save JPG as PDF.

Are you using Acrobat Reader or paid Acrobat DC?

This online converter should do what you want.
