I need to reinstall Adobe Photoshop 10, when I insert the DVD I only get the option to uninstall. How can I get Adobe Air back? When I try downloading it, it doesn't work.

Did you uninstall Photoshhop before trying to install it again. If you haven't done it already, uninstall Photoshop 10 and Adobe AIR, and reinstall Photoshop. If you have already done that and it did not help, let us know.

Can you provide us with more details : your operating system, the error message you get, and any other information that could act as pointers.
I found this solution on a forum thread for Mac OS (http://forums.adobe.com/message/2944564).
1. Please confirm that PSE is/was the only Adobe application installed on the machine? (Reader is an exception)
2. If yes, then please remove the following folders:
Applications\Adobe Photoshop Elements <version number>\
Applications\Adobe Bridge <version number>\
Applications\Adobe Extension Manager <version number>\
Applications\Utilities\Adobe Utilities\
Applications\Utilities\Adobe Installers\
<Macintosh HD>\Library\Application Support\Adobe\
<Macintosh HD>\Library\Application Support\Logs\Adobe\
<Macintosh HD>\Library\Application Support\Preferences\com.adobe.....\
<Macintosh HD>\Users\<username>\Library\Application Support\Adobe\
To be on the safer side, after following the above steps, run the clean up script following the steps mentioned in the below link and make sure that no CS5 product or PSE 10 is listed in it:
