Reinstalling after a computer clean without a cd

Hi, I've recently had to clean my computer, losing my installed copy of creative suite in the process. Unfortunately, I am also unable to find my cd although I do have the serial number and it is attached to my Adobe account.

Do you know how I can reinstall without the CD? Thanks!
