Reinstalling Creative Cloud

I have had to do a System Restore on my Computer. Haw can I now reinstall creative cloud and Photoshop & Lightroom which I lost due to the restore?.

All you need to do is install Adobe Creative Cloud application using which you can download CC apps.

I should have mentioned that I carried out your instructions from 29th May to the letter and it seemed to be all OK until yesterday when the above boxes appeared again.  Hope you can give further guidance on how to progress from current situation

Hi

Not sure as I would not sign in.  Have just launched Both as well as Bridge and all looks normal.  When the 'Trial' box comes up I will let you know the answer. The mind boggles!!

I see that you have Mcafee Security installed on your computer .

If you get Trial pop up again.

Before Signing in , Disable Mcafee smart firewall temporarily .

Then Sign in and once the app is launched , Enable Mcafee smart firewall again.

Then relaunch Apps and check.

I believe it is still the same but still testing.  Have just looked at my account and it tells me I have no registered products.  Could this be the problem?  If so can you give me guidance on registering.

Hi.  After many many hours of chat, telephone contact and allowing Adobe to take charge of my computer (on 3 occasions) I have found that if I do not log out of the Creative Cloud window then all is OK. As soon as I log out and log back in I get 'Start Trial'.  I intend to never log out again.  Thanks for all the advice and help.  Bob

In the pop up trial notification , did you clicked on License this Software option and Signed in and got Thank you message .

Then again every time you launch the application , you receive trial notification ?

I have clicked the Licence box, although I have done this before.  At the moment it is all launching OK with no pop up trial page.  Will get back to you if it comes back again.

Did you uninstalled Illustrator and Fireworks?

Or

you are unable to launch the applications ?

If yes, Let me know what exactly happening when you try yo launch the applications?
