Reinstalling Lightroom

Hello Adobe, I'm emailing because I ran over my laptop and need to reinstall Light Room on my new laptop. However, I can't do this because my account still thinks Light Room is being used on two computers. The laptop she was using was a MacBook Pro. Is there a way that you can update my Adobe account so that only one device is using Light Room?    Please let me know as soon as possible.

Is this really the best way to log this inquiry? Your chat is closed and I don't see any email options for help.Frustrating.

Hi RuthMGilmour,

As you have mentioned you are unable to activate your Lightroom CC on your new machine as it says that you have reached the activation limits, please refer to the following help document to resolve this issue: Creative Cloud "Activation limit reached" or "Sign-in failed" error.

Let us know if this helps.
