Hi
I will soon need to remove my CC account from this Mac as I use it at work and a new employee will be using it and will need to subscribe to a new CC account on this machine .
What is the best way to do this ?
just sign out of your cc desktop app/account. there's no need for someone else to have to reinstall everything after you uninstall it.
but, if there was another reason you wanted to clean everything adobe from that computer:
uninstall every cc app including preferences per https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-remove-app.html
then uninstall the cc desktop app, again using the correct uninstaller per https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html#sa_src=web-messaging
Why doesn't the employer pay for employee's subscriptions? That's usual and customary given that you're using this tool to complete your work. Does the employer make you pay for pencils and paper clips, too?

Hi
It was easier when I first joined the organisation as they had never had anyone doing in house marketing before I joined, However I agree and the CC account will have to be a business account.
