Renewed membership and now it won't download

Hello. My membership ran out and I renewed earlier today. When I have gone into LR it keeps telling me to renew my membership (which I have). I have uninstalled LR5 and PS on my MAC. Then I have gone back and hit "download" for both of those programs. It says your product is downloading but it isn't. My computer isn't downloading from their site. Any suggestions?? Thanks!

Please make sure that you are downloading from Creative Cloud desktop application :

Creative Cloud subscription cannot be downloaded via website

Next time if you receive pop up notification to renew subscription , no need to uninstall the application, just launch the application , when you get pop to renew subscription, simply click on " Have a different ID"  option and sign in.

You can also simply sign out from Creative Cloud and sign in :
