As far as I know all subscriptions are AUTO (Automatically) renewed on the day, Date, of the end of the older subscription. That is as long as your credit card info is correct.
What is the Exact problem you are having?

Hi,
The subscription that you have is an yearly prepaid one. Sadly, we have not git the payment for this year still.
We will try to charge on 03/31/2019 ,04/07/2019 & 04/14/2019 again. In case it does not paid then it would expire. Please check with your bank as to why the payment is not going through.
