I have only attempted to log-in to adobe sign as I usually do and I get this message.
Request Entity Too Large. The requested resource /account/home does not allow request data with GET requests, or the amount of data provided in the request exceeds the capacity limit.
What does this mean and why won't it let me into the account?

I have the same problem. I cleared cookies and tried a different browser. This problem started with the UI change.

Hey kglad,
I've escalated this with Adobe support. I hope that gets me somewhere. Otherwise, I'll need to find another service for sending files to clients.
The UI change I'm referring to happened last week. It was once called Adobe Send or Send Now - I can't remember. Now, it has a new name that support mentioned but I forgot. The point is that it doesn't work as it has in the past. With Safari I get the error, "entity too large." With chrome and Firefox, "Timeout or Network error." I have checked my network by uploading to CC - not the problem. I have also tried using a different network and a different computer, same error message.
Anyway, I'm sure I have small details wrong in this post - maybe big details? Feel free to correct me if you wish, but I need to send large files to clients (Something I've done without trouble for years using this service.) Advice for that is welcome.

Hello,
I'm having the same issue. The idea of having to clear my cookies to make this work is impractical. I've never heard of an enterprise application that requires users to clear their cookies to keep using their app. I'm using Chrome on Mac OS and simply trying to send a small document for signature and running into this error.
Request Entity Too Large The requested resource /api/rest/v6/agreements/CBJCHBCAABAA-psnY8MmwssxNkIBCo1FxDExdyc1nYI- does not allow request data with PUT requests, or the amount of data provided in the request exceeds the capacity limit. Apache Server at na2.documents.adobe.com Port 443
I am not going to clear my browser cookies, restart my browser or buy a new computer.
Adobe please fix this - too many of my clients seem to be moving to DocuSign as it is.
Thanks.

Hello,
I am running into this issue again. I am using Chrome. The last time I had this issue, I had to clear my cookies and got signed out of all other sites too. That was annoying. Can you provide instructions to remove adobe.com cookies only? I am using Chrome.
In any case, why is this necessary at all? How many cloud applications require users to routinely clear their cookies to work properly? This is a fatal issue - I cannot send anything out for signature.
Thanks.

I am having this error when I try to sign in using the Adobe Sign addon in Microsoft Teams. How would one go about clearing the adobe.com cookies from Teams?

if you don't use a browser to sign in, post in the enterprise&teams forum.
