Right click on the adobe icon not working

Right click on the adobe creative cloud icon in taskbar nothing happens, this is normal? I am Brazilian, sorry for my bad english, thank you in advance!

    Are you both able to open the Creative Cloud desktop app from the Start Menu?

    I'm here with the same problem. CC runs constantly in the background and since it can't be right-click exited in the taskbar, it continues to populate new instances every time you try to shut it down with Task Manager.

      Can confirm that this happens to me as well... What's going on? No one has an answer to this problem?
