I have Windows 11 all up to date and a good pc any reason why it says this sometimes when I log out reset of log back in it works but next time i have to do the process again help please

you may not need to log out. see if just resetting the app solves the problem:

 

make sure the app is in the foreground, then press:

Win: Ctrl + Alt + R
Mac: Cmd + Opt + R

as for why the app is misreading something about your system, there's probably something on your computer (eg, av, antimalware, cleaner, defragger etc) that's corrupting your user login (possibly) and program info (that's stored in your oobe* folder).  in particular, the opm.db file is being corrupted.

A) Mac OS:

/Users/<user folder>/Library/Application Support/Adobe/OOBE
NOTE: \Users\<user folder>\Library\ is hidden by default. To unhide see below**

 

B) Windows:

C:\Users\<user folder>\AppData\Local\Adobe\OOBE
NOTE: C:\Users\<user folder>\AppData is hidden by default. To unhide see below**
