Bonjour,

 

Ayant suivi la méthode de résiliation à la lettre et par précaution 1 mois avant l'échéance de renouvellement, je découvre à ma très grande stupéfaction q'elle n'a pas été prise en compte!!!

Et aujourd'hui, je fais la même manipulation et surprise!!!! là ça veut bien fonctionner !!! moyennant des frais de résiliation anticipée (grrrr)

Comment puis-je vous recommander si moi-même je me sens flouée ? De nature méticuleuse, la résiliation a bien été effectuée dans les règles.

À ce stade, je n'attends rien que de pouvoir résilier cet abonnement.

J'ai le meme problème! Je suis SCANDALISEE!!!!
On prélève sans prévenir que l'abonnement n'a pas été déconnecté, alors que les démarches ont bien été faites en temps et heure!!!!!
Et là; impossible de désactiver le compte cloud, car une formumle est "active" et impossible évidemment de désactiver cette formule "active"!! Et aucun lien soi disant pouvant aider à se déconnecter n'aide réellement.

Je déconseille à tous de créer un compte adobe et espère m'en sortir!!!!!

Je vous conseille d'aller vous plaindre aupres du service de réclamation des instututions europeennes à Bruxelles.

Je ne parviens pas non plus a resilier mes abonnements avec eux . En plus, il faut lire tout un livre avant de comprendre comment faire!

bjr, s'il y a une plainte en cours, je veux bien m'y joindre : après 1 an à 36€/toutcloud (promo), je passe à  67€ (normal). puis je demande à resilier et l'on me demande 368.54€ (soir + de  5mois) à payer de suite avec un arret d'abonnement fin février. faut m'expliquer ce qu'il se passe !? merci par avance pour votre aide🙌
