Mi unisco e segnalo anche io il mio totale disgusto per il rinnovo automatico di BEN 36 EURO estorto con l'inganno.
Rimango sconvolta dal fatto che non si possa gestire e annullare in autonomia l'abbonamento e che si debba necessariamente e unicamente telefonare a un call center. Per di più solo in inglese.
Perciò, a qualsiasi altro malcapitato toccherà la stessa sorte: armatevi di pazienza e contattate il call center. Preparatevi a parlare in inglese e a essere fermi, perché tenteranno comunque, nonostante tutto, ad appiopparvi qualcos'altro.

Where does the prize of 36 EUR come from? The students version is cheaper and the normal version is more expensive.
