Screen Recording Software

Hey,

I am planning on making some video tutorials on Adobe products. The best way to do so is to download a software that will record what is being shown on my screen. I'm not sure if Adobe offers an app in the Creative Cloud to allow users to do this? If not, I was wondering if anyone has any recommendations on to which software to download? I am using the MacBook Pro. I am unease downloading some software (always thinking of viruses).

Captivate but it is not part of the CC subscription system or at least not part of the full CC package of apps.

There is also Snagit and Camtasia but neither are Adobe products.
