SEPA-Lastschriftmandat

I have choosen a SEPA-Lastschriftmandat (Germany) as payment. I could download the invoice, and the second side of the invoice is a confirmation of my bank account. I should sign it, and send it back, but I don´t know, where. Please could You give me an Adress to that? Is it really Dublin? The confirmation is wroten in german. Thank You.

    Try: Print a payment receipt or invoice for your Creative Cloud subscription

    The billing is done to Ireland.

    I have the same problem. Trying to find out for 3 weeks now how to manage that SEPA-Lastschrift thing. There is neither an email adress, nor a fax or phone number. As useful as the Creative Cloud is, sorry to say that, but as sh***y is your post sale service... Zero transparency!!

    SO: WHERE DO I HAVE TO SEND THIS SEPA DOCUMENT!!!???

      Und WIE? Per Fax? Email? Post? Ich habe nirgends bei Adobe ne Angabe finden können...

      Ok, to Ireland? But how? By post? Can't we email it or fax it? Is there not another way?

      I can't call from Germany to this number.


      I had the same problem and used the online chat customer care. They solved the problem. Forget about phone and fax, just chat with them and explain them your problem. I also told them to urgently improve their communication regarding payments and similar. I also sent the SEPA Lastschriftmandat to my bank.
