Serial number and installation

    I failed to write down my serial number.  I'm also having problems downloading the program.  Getting very frustrated over here.  Begging for help.

Please provide the order number & the product that you have purchased.

You can also send me the Email underwhich you have purchased it.

You can look under "My orders" in www.adobe.com, it will provide you the serial number if your serial number had been registered with Adobe.
