SERIAL NUMBER ERROR LIGHTROOM 6

Hello, last night I bought Lightroom 6 but serial number doesn't work! Why? How can I fix it? Please, help! It's the first time I buy and download a Adobe product, it's not a second version of Lightroom, it's the first on my Mac. So what's the problem with it?

Make sure you have the full application serial number and not an Upgrade serial number.

I'm sure it's the right one, not a upgrade serial no. uff.. How can I solve it?

I also tried to make a new account on adobe, same issue

Sorry for low informations!

My Mac runs 10.10.5 Yosemite

When I put my serial number it doesn't work saying: "Impossibile convalidare questo numero di serie" translating: "Impossible to convalidate this serial no." like it's not valid!

why?? thanks again!

it's not a lightroom cc trial, I downloaded the version Lightroom 6.0
