Serial number has been revoke

I have problem on my 2nd instalation CS6 in new laptop, the SN information is been revoke, how come be like that? What is the problem? I buy this software so expensive and I have checked online with adobe when first time buying the SN is genuine. But now the SN been revoke. Whats wrong adobe?

Since the document seems good, you should be able to contact Adobe and have them solve the problem.
