Serial number not working after switching computers

Question

I bought Adobe Creative Suite 6 Web & Design Premium  years ago while at college.  I've been using it since then.  It's never given me any trouble. The other week I switched computers.  And now the serial number won't work.  I contacted Adobe but they just told me it was a non genuine product.  I bought the CS from my student bookstore.  My college had a licensing agreement with Adobe and they got all their products from them.  It has to be real.  It worked fine before.  Why is Adobe giving me so much trouble?  Who is there to contact?  Does anyone know why this is happening?

Thank you for the update, Nicolen77344635. I reviewed the serial number you offered in case ADB-4965057-T2M5 and can confirm that the serial number was pulled due to being flagged for piracy.

I believe Akash already provided you with an option to move forward and have access to licensed Adobe software. If you decide to proceed, then please use the link offered in Invalid or revoked serial numbers so that you can be put in contact with an individual who can help you without any delay.

I am sorry, Nicolen77344635, I know this is a frustrating situation. You may also want to contact your college bookstore to see if they have any current options for alumni to gain access to modern Adobe software releases.

You will have better success if you install using the installation files provided with your purchase.
