Serial number provided from Adobe comes up invalid for Creative suite Design Premium S&T

Hello can you please help. After going through the process of receiving a serial number for my Adobe Student and Teacher edition of Creative Suite 5 Design Premium Mac OS (to use in the UK) I am getting an invalid error trying to activate it. My Computer system is Mac OS X 10.68 and I am not sure what to do now. Their are no letters within the serial number and have only recently been issued with it so im at a bit of a dead end here.

You need to talk to/ chat with support via web or phone. Nobody can do anything about serial number issues here, much less on a weekend.

what is the exact message you are getting when you try to activate.

Im getting an 'invaild errr for this product' so will go back to source who gave me the serial in the support centre. Many thanks for your reply
