Following many reinstallations when transfering my complete catalog of PE 8, I now receive this message when switching fron Organizer to Editor:

- I have deactivate this serial number on one of my PC and I can ask Adobe now to validate this number;

- I have a new serial number...;

-  I want to solve this problem later (5 days remaining).

What should I do since I do not want to to deactivate now on my old PC before I am completely sure of the transfer. So I must continue workig for now.

Beside my intention woul be to up grade to PE 10 some day, Should I do it now in order to solve everyting? In that case what w will happen with the old catalog? Must I keep version 8 on the PC?

Help please

Jean-Pierre if it the software no longer letting you activate using your serial number?  My apologies but I do not see the complete error message within this message thread.  If you are having difficulties activating using your exisiting serial number then for the best assistance, I recommend our chat support at http://adobe.ly/v6wfLL.  Our chat representatives can provide a personalized experience to resolve the issues you describe.
