I got the trial version for Photoshop CS5.1 but when I try to enter my serial number the green check comes up next to it but when I enter it it says "We are unable to start your subscription for Adobe Photoshop CS5.1 Extended Subscription Edition" and every time I enter it it says the same thing and I tried restarting my computer too but it still wont work.
There could be some Adobe id issues from which you have bought this subscription hence it would be better if you contact Adobe support and get this think sorted out.
