Hi, i purchased the photoshop cs5 extender version for students, i already recieved my serial number but it isnt working what can i do?

    What error message do you receive?  Which operating system are you using?

    invalid serial number, im using mac OS... the serial number that was given to me is [removed]

    I suggest you contact support to have the serial number verified. It is not recommended that you post the serial number here as this is a public forum:
