setting up email in photoshop

I have tried to set up my email to send pictures. When I push validaate I get a message my email and password incorrect, I double check and they were entered correctly. How do I correct this problem?

Is this question about Photoshop or Photoshop Elements?  There's a world of difference between the 2 products.
