I've both a new computer and I'm trying to install creative cloud in it. But everytime I attempt to login I receive the following message: 

An unknown error has occurred. Here's the error code if you want to contact customer support

Adobe product and version number
Operating system and version number
The full text of any error message (s)
What you were doing when the problem occurred
Screenshots of the problem
Computer hardware, such as CPU; GPU; the amount of RAM; etc

    It turns out it was a server issue.
