Sign in issue CS6 suite

i have issues into signing into a perpetual license which is tagged to Currently I'm unable to reset the email or password. its a Adobe Creative Suite 6 Design Standard.

the pages leads to Adobe Licensing Page new page, no longer the website. and it says there's no account associated with the email address i used. I clearly remember that i sign in and activate the license with that email address above.

i been trying to get help with Chat support but no one giving definite solutions for this anf i need this to be done urgently. Can anyone help with this?

there's no longer adobe support for cs6.
