Signed up with wrong email address

Hi there,

I just wanted to re-new my full Adobe student subscription, went through the billing etc and then realised I had entered a wrong email address. The money was taken out of my account, but I am unable to access, since the email address I registered with does not exist. I can not even log in using that email address since a password was sent to that wrong email. What can I do?

using a browser that allows popups and cookies,  contact adobe support during pst business hours by clicking here and, when available, click 'chat', http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/global/service-ccm.html

or contact the Adobe Twitter team at @AdobeCare

This is sick.

There are 30 minutes since I am wating for their agents to join the Chat.

Meantime Adobe smart system was so kind to display me many many times the following message "Thanks for your patience.  Representatives are currently helping other customers and we will be with you shortly."

However, we might have different understanding for what "shortly" really means.

after posting on this forum, Adobe was so kind (once again) to send me a useless reply email, entirely written in plain Japanese...

Congratulation to the entire Adobe team for this nice surprise, packed with creativity and joy.

This is what I got :

"

I used Google Translate on it and it translates to, "

Thanks.

This email was sent because the following post you submitted was approved by our moderator:"

Which doesn't make sense but just wnated to let you know.
