Signing Photoshop out of a second computer that no longer works

Hi All!

I have adobe photoshop installed on a second computer that no longer turns on. And now I've installed PS onto a new computer. I attempted to deactivate PS on the previous (broken computer) but I'm receiving a message that I've gone over on my limit of the number of computers I can activate PS on. How can I deactive PS on the previous broken computer that I cannot get to turn on?

Please assist.

Thank you in advance for your help!

Sincerely Chris

Which version of Photoshop?

Creative Cloud versions can be deactivated by logging in to your account portal.  Click Manage Plans and scroll down to Activated Devices.

https://account.adobe.com/plans

Non-Creative Cloud products with a serial number require a customer service agent to reset the activation count for you.

If Photoshop Elements and not Photoshop:

Only ask to have your activations reset.

When you can't deactivate a serial number
BE SURE TO ONLY ASK FOR ACTIVATION SUPPORT TO ADJUST YOUR ACTIVATION COUNT
