Software Upgrade

I previously had Adobe Reader on my laptop and I have now just purchased Acrobat DC (Upgrade Version), to run the software it asks for a previous serial number which I do not have, should I have purchased the full software package and not just the upgrade package? how can i change it?

Hi

I have checked the serial number , you have purchased Upgrade Serial number , which only works if you have any qualifying version (older version) of Acrobat on the machine. It seems you need to cancel this and place new order for new Acrobat Pro.
