[solved] Problem changing email address

Hey Adobe. I've been transferred about 10 times trying to simply change my email address and keep access to my documents. This is absolutely absurd. Not a single person I've spoken to knows what they're doing. Going on 24+ hours now.

After asking the agent not to transfer me, guess what happened? Transferred to someone else who asked me for the 11th time what the problem is. Come. On.

Trasnferred AGAIN. This is comical at this point. How can such a large company have such terrible service? This is pathetic.

24 hours later I've successfully gotten access to my documents again. Not a single person I've spoken to knows how many times I've talked to an agent or what I said to them. Unreal.
