Some Adobe Apps freeze and won´t open

Hi, my problem is that some Adobe Apps freeze at start. Premiere, After Effects and Media Encoder. When I click the icons of those 3 none of them starts. They show me the usual opening flyer with some program info and freeze right there.

I use Windows 10, and i've been trying a lot of possible solutions but I can´t solve it.
